Ahmet Rifat has confirmed his coaching team for the 2024/25 season, with a new face joining the team in the dugout as well as the return of an old face.
Ahmet Rifat will be continuing as first team manager in 2024/25 and he will be joined by the returning Ricky Machel after his spell with Watford FC academy. Ricky is a popular face around the club and played an instrumental role in the success of Wingate & Finchley during the second half of 2023/24 and early part of last season too. Welcome back Ricky! Joining the Blues dugout for the 2024/25 season is UEFA A Licence coach Ruben Gaspar who has previously been head coach at Dorking Wanderers B Team since November 2022 where he led the side to 3rd placed finishes in the Southern Combination Division One in consecutive seasons. Familiar faces in the dugout from last season will be coaches Jonny Georgiou, Gavin King and physio Kim Harris, each of whom made significant contributions to the club's success in reaching the playoffs last season and we are delighted to have their services for 2024/25.
