Wingate & Finchley can confirm that popular left-back Ryan Sellers has left the club for Conference South side Wealdstone. Sellers has made 38 starts this season, the second-highest of all outfield players in the squad.
Chairman Aron Sharpe, who has mentored Sellers for a decade, said "Ryan has been with the club since a young man, either side of spells at Bolton and Wycombe Wanderers, and is part of the fabric of what the club has tried to build with regard to youth development. It is testament and a huge compliment to Wingate & Finchley that Wealdstone have shown interest and signed various young players over the recent seasons. We wish Ryan the best of luck for the remainder of the season and his career."
