Trio of new arrivals for 2024/25

Updated: Jun 9

Further to confirming his coaching team last week, the Blues have moved to make three new signings this week. We would like to extend our welcome to all three players and look forward to seeing them take to the pitch during pre-season in the coming weeks!

First up is 22 year old centre back Toby Byron. Byron joins the Blues having played for Isthmian Premier sides Hornchurch and Folkestone Invicta during 2023/24. Having played for Luton Town's under 18s, Byron also counts local neighbours Hendon FC amongst his previous clubs.

Joining Toby at the Maurice Rebak Stadium this season is another exciting youngster in full-back Ayo Tanimowo. Ayo spent his youth career with Norwich City and Brighton and Hove Albion, playing in the U18 Premier League and Premier League 2 before joining Waltham Abbey last season, forming part of the side that reached the play-off final in the Southern League Division One Central (Step 4).

Finally, Michael O'Donoghue joins the Blues from champions Hornchurch. O'Donoghue is a left sided defender who came through at Leyton Orient and Colchester before spending a number of years at local neighbours Haringey Borough before signing for Hornchurch during 2023/24 and securing the Isthmian Premier League title there.

Our new home and away shirt, as shown by our new signings here is now available for pre-order, ready for collection ahead of the new season.
